How do i do that? well I set up free tuition in the evenings after school until 7:00 pm. We don’t have a building to meet in, we make do meeting at the front of the children’s houses. It is important that we are all together taking care of each other.
In this village of ours, our children will go to school but they will not complete their homework properly and so they get scolded at school which is so negative as they now have a notion that School is a place of getting punishments.
In this village the majority of people are daily wage workers and many families are illiterate as they have had no one to teach them and guide them. Families in this village cannot afford to send their children to school or give them extra tuition like other children. Since 2017 my after school club or “free tutiton” as we call it came to us as a true blessing for our community from the year 2017. As we belong to low caste group we are always looked down upon by our own village high caste people.
