Ruby worked alongside her husband Bishop Simson Paul serving their community in KR Thoppur. Very sadly last May her husband, after a short battle with pancreatic cancer, passed away.
This personal tragedy did not defeat Ruby. She is an incredible lady who, whilst caring for her two boys, took on the challenge of running her late husband's church.
Previously a school teacher, over the last 8 months she has worked alongside Archbishop Samuel and his team to add to her current skill set.
She is a very accomplished preacher and worship leader and has now learnt new administrative and pastoral skills as part of her Deaconess training.
We are so proud of Ruby as she embarks on her new leadership role in her community. She was fittingly ordained on "International Women's Day.
